Fill out the Agent Listing Application located on the WORC under Marketing> More>Washington Waterfront Home Tour 2018. (NOTE: this form and payment process is specific to Windermere.) You may feature as many properties in the tour as you like. Review the instructions on the application for how to submit the application and payment. Deadline is Friday, June 15 at 5 p.m.
For Non-Windermere Agents
Fill out this PDF AGENT LISTING APPLICATION and email it back to the address listed on the application. There is no limit to the number of properties you may register. Use multiple applications if necessary.
Deadline is Friday, June 15 at 5 p.m. The listing price is $200 per property and can be paid for with any major credit card. After you email the completed form, please go to the Sinclair Pay Portal (instructions are on pgs 3-5 of the application) and make your credit card payment for the total number of properties on the tour. You will receive an email confirmation of your credit card processing and your properties will appear on featured properties map within one business day.

What kinds of listings qualify for the tour?
What if my property sells before the tour dates of June 24-25, 2017?
What should I do to prepare for the Tour?
Nothing! Your property(ies) will be listed on the tour map and linked automatically to your listing on your company website. The Washington Waterfront Home Tour will be conducting a multi-media advertising campaign June 11-June 24 to drive potential buyers to the www.waterfronthomeswa.com website.
What else can I do?
Hashtag all your online presences with #WAWaterfront Then have a representative at your home(s) on Saturday, June 23 and/or Sunday, June 24 from 1-4 p.m. If you are listing the property as “by appointment only,” be prepared to take calls to show the property as you typically would at any day/time.
